Pre-Covid Mr Pigstuff was our culinary escape from the sterile corporate world we worked, it was our chance to engage with customers, to serve amazingly tasty, simple food without the pretence or stuffiness of our work environment.
Like many chefs we gave our jobs everything! The passion for the food we created somehow a fair exchange for the long unsociable hours, the aching muscles and bones, the burns and cuts.
Once Covid struck, within a few months we were cast aside, unwanted, redundant.
Mr Pigstuff is us building a great working future for ourselves and the few amazing people we work with.
Our motto is “When chefs cook the food they love to eat, great things happen”
We do love it! The prep, the delivery, the setup, all powered by the prospect of great eating ahead for our guests and a few morsels for ourselves later.
The amazing smells are enticing, for us too and we often serve our food to clients envious that we aren’t eating.
As experienced chefs our relentless drive for consistent quality means we continually strive to produce great tasting food, including excellent and inventive vegetarian and vegan dishes!
With portions infused with flavour and sized to satisfy we want every bite to be memorable, with each guest experiencing gustatory satisfaction while eating their inventive barbecued dishes and delightful handcrafted sauces.
